Three Oaks, Michigan

The village of Three Oaks is located in the southwest corner of Michigan, just 5 miles from the shores of Lake Michigan and within 2 miles of the Indiana border.

Investment:

Early Bird Pricing (till 12/31/25): $459 for shared room, $918 for private or couples room

Regular Price (after 1/1/26): $515 for shared room, $1030 for private or couples room. Private/couples rooms go FAST!

What's Included: 
All meals, Bowspring instruction, meditative instrumental concert, lodging, retreat amenities: hottub, sauna, and gymnasium. If you choose the optional winter tubing adventure there will be a small admission price.

“I don't know anyone here — will I fit in?”
Absolutely. I make it a point to ensure everyone feels welcome and included, and you’ll quickly find new friends.

“What if I want downtime instead of activities?”
You’re free to relax at the retreat center—read by the fire, enjoy the hot tub or sauna, or unwind in the gymnasium.

“Do I have to share a room?”
No. Private rooms are available, but fill up fast.

“How much Bowspring will we be doing?”

The winter retreat is much more relaxed than the summer retreat. You can expect 2 gentle and nourishing Bowspring classes (one on Friday and one on Saturday) and a short breathwork exercise on Sunday. All sessions are optional. 

“Do you have a payment plan?”

“Is this retreat good for beginners?”
Yes. It’s a perfect place to start your Bowspring journey.

“What is the cost?” 

The price is $459 per person until 12/31/25, after that the price goes up to $515.

“What if I have injuries or pelvic floor concerns?”
Just let me know ahead of time, and I’ll offer tips and modifications as needed.
