This course is a great starting point for anyone looking to improve pelvic floor function, relieve discomfort, or prevent future issues. However, if you have significant pelvic floor concerns, I recommend scheduling a one-on-one consultation before or after watching to discuss your specific needs and goals.

Group Classes: In-Person or Virtual
Bowspring is most powerful when practiced in community—the shared energy is uplifting, and the experience can be deeply spiritual. Whether you join an in-person or virtual class with Samantha, you’ll receive real-time feedback to refine your form and get the most out of your practice. Regular in-person students also have the option of hands-on adjustments for even deeper guidance.
I encourage everyone to try Bowspring, but some may find jumping into a group class without first learning the basic vocabulary and principles to be disorienting. To ensure a smoother experience, I recommend taking Beginning the Bow or familiarizing yourself with the method beforehand.
While a few students can drop in and learn as they go, those with significant body issues or chronic pain may benefit from starting with private sessions before joining a group class. If that applies to you, I recommend beginning with one-on-one instruction.
If you’re local or passing through Indianapolis, you can experience one of the only in-person Bowspring group classes in the Midwest!
Monday at 6 PM – Epic Climbing and Fitness
Move in a spacious room with mirrors to refine your form and walls for creative inversions and wall work. This class is perfect for exploring and experimenting. Bonus: Your class includes a full-day gym and climbing pass!
Tuesday at 7 PM – The Playful Soul
Join a warm and welcoming community in the peaceful ambiance of a crystal shop and healing center. Many regulars return to this class for the soulful experience. As a special treat, my beloved Josiah Helland serenades us at the end with his handmade flutes and sound bowls.

Join my virtual Bowspring class every Thursday at 11 AM Eastern! In this 45-minute session, my beloved Josiah models the movements, giving you a clear visual guide while I focus on your form, providing real-time feedback and verbal cues to ensure you’re moving correctly. Each session is recorded and sent to you, so you can practice anytime.
