Many factors can contribute, from childbirth interventions and trauma to poor posture and movement habits. Even men and women who have never given birth can develop imbalances that lead to symptoms like pelvic pain, heaviness, urinary leakage, diastasis recti, or pain with sex. 

I know this firsthand, as my own misalignment led to pelvic organ prolapse.

The good news? Healing is possible. Through bodywork, Bowspring movement, breathing techniques, and expert guidance, I help clients restore strength, balance, and function.
